It didn’t take much coaxing to get their friends and family excited about the theme: After receiving save-the-dates hand-painted with horses running at Churchill Downs, almost all of the guests arrived decked out in traditional Derby attire and hats. Mint juleps flowed throughout the wedding day and a trumpet player performed “Call to Post” just as the ceremony was about to begin.
