But when they were paired up as partners in the course, they were soon spending nearly every moment together. Five years later, Brad surprised Jackie with a weekend trip to the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina. Following a romantic dinner, he presented her with a photo album filled with memories of their relationship. Cocktails on the first floor patio, accompanied by a harpist, were followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom in the elegant and prestigious Duquesne Club.
Five gorgeous bridesmaids preceded Jackie down the aisle in floor-length, rose-pink, spaghetti-strap Nightway dresses from Nordstrom. Brad and his five groomsmen wore black tuxedos with fine-checked vests, full-collared white shirts, and long black ties from Tuxedo Junction.
Centerpiece vases held pink roses.
The bridesmaids carried bouquets of white, pink and red roses, while the bride carried red roses.
The Duquesne Club staff also created the couple's wedding cake, a five-tier square sponge cake with chocolate filling and white buttercream icing, accented by cascading meringue pink roses.
