Ivory Cowl Neck Sheath Wedding Dress

Finding a dress for the wedding proved to be a lot more difficult than Carlee had ever imagined. Having a degree in fashion design, Carlee’s first instinct was to make her gown. Using a vintage Vogue bridal design and champagne-colored fabric, she constructed a beautiful gown. “I finished the dress and it looked lovely, but once I put it on, it didn't work with my body shape,” Carlee says. She tried her luck online, but ran into another obstacle. Unfortunately, the dress she ordered never came, and with the wedding quickly approaching, she had to think on her feet. “With only two months until the wedding, I found a prom dress from Bloomingdale's and it was absolutely perfect,” Carlee says.
