"One of the reasons we were comfortable having a destination wedding overseas without ever seeing the location or trying the food first was that the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze has a Michelin Star chef," Amanda says. For dessert, the chef served a white fondant wedding cake decorated with detailed cascading cake flowers. The cake stand was circlecd with blush carnations and greens.
