Intimate Garden Ceremony at Clay Hill Farm

Taking full advantage of Clay Hill Farm’s lush, natural setting, Shaylyn and Ryan hosted their ceremony outdoors, exchanging vows under a quaint gazebo draped in romantic garden rose garlands. Including their 3-year-old son, Oliver, in the day’s festivities was important to the pair and the role of ring bearer was the perfect fit. “He was so excited for the wedding and has been calling it ‘our wedding’ for the last six months,” Shaylyn says. As an extra-special touch, the couple found an Etsy vendor to create a special wooden pickup truck “ring pillow” for him to carry down the aisle, complete with a burlap pillow in the back and the couple’s initials and wedding date. “He absolutely loved it and carried it with him all day,” Shaylyn says.
