Hotel du Pont Gold Ballroom Ceremony

A romantic ceremony kicked off the evening, with Grier and Jonathan gathering their families and friends in the Hotel du Pont’s lavish Gold Ballroom. The couple incorporated traditions from Grier’s Christian and Jonathan’s Jewish backgrounds, including the sign of peace, sharing of the wine and breaking of the glass. Quince and bundles of fluffy white baby’s breath framed the aisle, while a chuppah decorated with panels of sheer white fabric and a lush display of hydrangeas, and baby’s breath served as the focal point of the room.
