Gold Fondant Wedding Cake

Laila and Musa’s tired wedding cake was embellished with gold fondant and peach and coral blooms. “We had several layers of cake to play with,” the bride says. “One flavor was almond cake with a layer of raspberry-buttercream filling and a layer of raspberry jam mixed with vanilla buttercream. The other flavor was blueberry cake with blueberry jam, cream cheese frosting and vanilla buttercream.”
