Gazpacho Soup Shots and Grilled Cheese
Kymberly and Antonio served an inspired spread of fresh, seasonal eats. For cocktail hour, they indulged their guests with a variety of bites: a charcuterie station, a raw bar, grilled cheese, gazpacho-soup shots and fresh burrata cheese with grilled peaches and Thai basil. Dinner included a choice of steak over heirloom tomatoes, Gorgonzola dulce and red onions or cold shrimp salad with grilled vegetables and pesto vinaigrette. Both were served with sides of butter lettuce salad, fingerling potatoes and green heirloom tomato and bread salad. Freshly baked Italian cookies made by the couple’s close friends were the stars of dessert.
