Garden-Themed Cake With Textured Buttercream

Playing off the day’s secret-garden theme, Susan and Sagar had Homestyle Desserts Bakery create a four-tier, buttercream-frosted confection for dessert, with each layer decorated with fresh pink spray roses and small purple flowers. The couple chose four flavors to appeal to a variety of palettes, including canoli cream yellow cake, cheesecake with fudge, chocolate mousse and red velvet.
