Since Jennifer and Nick had a working farm as their venue, it only seemed appropriate to have a farm-to-table theme to inspire the evening's culinary aspects. Artistry Catering & Events used ingredients from Wilson Farm in all the menu’s dishes, from spinach salad starter course to the beef tenderloin with chimichurri, bordelaise sauce and more. Cocktail hour took guests on a trip around the world, with each appetizer representing the couple’s favorite global destinations. “It was important to us to serve the meal family style, since we both love trying multiple dishes when we go out to eat,” Jennifer says.
