Formal White Wedding Cake

Our cake actually became quite the spectacle, says Brittany. We knew we wanted an impressive cake, but we had no idea that it would turn out as great as it did. It was six tiers with sugar flowers and a sugar peony on top. It sat on a round table with the flowers from the ceremony stage arranged around it.
