Every Part of This Luxurious Bel-Air Bay Club Wedding in California Was Full of Blush Pink
Lush florals and an abundance of blush pink made Michelle Carter and John Gragg's wedding at Bel-Air Bay Club in Los Angeles, California, one to remember. "The color palette I knew from the beginning I wanted to be was a lot of neutrals and pastels, especially soft pink, but then also wanted pops of black," Michelle shares. To achieve the vision Michelle had in mind, her vendor team created floral arrangements that were packed with blooms and minimal greenery. "Flowers were a huge part of my vision, I wanted tons of flowers but not a lot of greenery. I did not want it looking rustic in anyway. The ceremony had hydrangeas lining the aisle, rose pedals down the aisle then a chuppah covered in mainly white and pink flowers and a little greenery. All of the flowers flowed very well together with lots of white and pink. Then, the reception room flowers were an absolute show stopper, Natalie had the most beautiful and huge centerpieces made up. People still talk about how beautiful all the flowers were to this day." Beyond making their wedding day aesthetically beautiful, the couple made sure to fill it with meaningful, personal details, too. "My had dad passed away a few months before John proposed so I incorporated him into every celebration," Michelle says. "On the wedding day I saved him a seat next to my Aunt Judy (his sister) with a sign, roses on his seat (he loved roses) and a pair of pink checkered Vans because those were his favorite shoes, that he definitely would of worn with his tux."
