The favors served triple duty! The bride filled cellophane bags with lime-green and aqua-blue jelly beans (her favorite candy), then placed them in muted gold boxes and tied the escort cards on with green, aqua, or cream grosgrain ribbon. The colored ribbon signaled to the waiters which meal each guest had chosen.
