Erika had ample opportunity to meet Adam through her younger sister -- but “being two years older,” Erika says, “I was too cool to hang out with my sister’s friends in high school.” It wasn't until her senior year of college that a mutual friend introduced the two at a poker game. The bride soon put her event planning expertise to work, pulling together her own wedding. “The planning was easy, but I sometimes forgot I was the bride too!” Erika says.
