Emily & Michael: A Traditional Wedding in Chagrin Falls, OH

When Emily and Michael first started dating, the circumstances were far from ideal: They lived five hours apart, had both just gotten out of serious relationships and attended different universities. Nonetheless, they decided to give it a shot after meeting through mutual friends. For their wedding a little over a year later, they didn't have a specific theme, but, says Emily, We wanted guests to feel as though they were transported back in time. The Tudor-style Hillbrook Club was just the place. With the help of a planner, the couple created an inviting wedding day with homespun details and a warm palette of purples, greens and browns.
