Elle and James Have Their First Kiss on the Monona Terrace

The ceremony had a remarkable view of the Capitol building in Elle and James's favorite city of Madison, Wisconsin, where they fell in love with, "the lakes, the farmer's market, the happy feeling seeing the Capitol lit up at night, and the restaurants," says Elle.
