“Everyone thought I was crazy, but I ordered my dress online without trying it on, just 10 days after we got engaged,” Lauren says of the Isla dress by Australian designer Lisa Gowing. Lauren had fallen in love with the gown, and since it wasn’t available in the United States, she took a chance hoping it would fit. “It was even more gorgeous in person! When I took it in for alterations over a year later, my seamstress said it fit like a glove,” she says.
