Guests sipped on signature drinks like spiked lemonade and a refreshing margaritas, while sampling a selection of passed apps and freshly prepared pastas. For dinner the couple served up everything from filet mignon to tropical swordfish and chicken marsala, capping it off with classic yellow cake with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. “We wanted to provide a delicious meal, but did not want to keep people in their seats for too long,” says Lynn. “That’s why I chose to put the pasta course out during cocktail hour. Drinking, dancing, and celebrating were the focus.”
