Two and a half years later, after they'd bought a house together, they headed back to their old neighborhood and Rami proposed in the exact same spot on the street where they’d shared their first kiss years before.

The flowers used in the decor came courtesy of one of the bride's aunts, who gardens, and included many wildflowers for a summery and sentimental feel. The morning of the wedding, she came to Denise and Rami's house and picked some flowers from their garden to add to the mix.
The Bridal Bouquet
Finding a location was the most difficult part of the planning, Denise says. The ceremony was held beneath a covered veranda overlooking the marsh and ocean, and dinner took place on a tented stone patio nearby, followed by dancing inside the tavern.
