The Bride Deborah Lambert, 26, administrative social worker The Groom Shawn Blake, 33, researcher The Date September 4 The couple exchanged their wedding vows on an island that’s just 12 miles long and accessed only by ferryboat. It was the perfect day for a celebration: sunny, warm, relaxing. Friends of theirs, who own property on Vashon Island, had offered ttheir home for the festivities which took place ouside surrounded by both ocian and mountain views.
