Dana & Kirk: A Formal Wedding in Tucson, AZ
When Dana Roughton first encountered Kirk Wylie at a friend’s wedding in Las Vegas, she “didn’t like him much,” she admits. Later, they were both out with a group celebrating the nuptials when someone -- to this day neither knows who -- told Kirk that Dana thought he was cute. “Apparently that was all he had to hear!” Dana says. The two soon started dating, and months later, after placing an order for a gorgeous diamond ring, Kirk proposed using a candy Ring Pop. Luckily, the mother of the bride stepped up to provide plenty of help. After choosing the Corona Ranch, the wedding became a hometown affair for the bride, and all of the details came together with a palette of sage -- Kirk’s favorite hue -- and amethyst, inspired by the color of Dana’s car.
