Custom Swarovski Crystal-Covered Heels

Katie, a shoe designer at Betsey Johnson, designed her own wedding shoes covered in pink Swarovski crystals. On each shoe, there were two hearts with the couple's initials and the wedding date. "I will love you every step of the way" lined the outsole of her shoes.
