“The wedding favors were meant to reinforce the feeling of a weekend getaway,” Dave says. Guests were treated to local favorites such as hot cider doughnuts from Barlett’s Orchard and custom cocktail bitters that Katie and Dave made and bottled themselves. Toward the end of the evening, the couple served manhattans using their favorite recipe and dispensed them from a small custom-engraved barrel.
