Megan and Colin met in college at James Madison University, but their lives seemed to head in different directions after graduation. However their paths crossed again in New York City after Hurricane Sandy severely damaged Megan’s apartment and her and her roommates crashed at Colin’s apartment. As Colin's best man and brother said during the wedding, if they could survive a hurricane together, there was nothing that their love couldn't conquer. “Something about him made my soul stir,” Megan says. “When we finally decided to give it a go, we knew this was it, forever was the only option.”
