Cocktail Hour Seafood Station
"We wanted to make the food and entertainment both the highlights for our guests, so our first big surprise was the decadent seafood table at our cocktail hour," says Kelley. "It consisted of steamed Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, jumbo shrimp, assorted raw oysters and clams." In addition to the seafood table, the couple served up a vast array of bite-size comfort foods including barbecued pulled pork on a buttermilk biscuit, tomato soup with mini grilled cheese, mini fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup, salmon tartar crostini, endive spears with crabmeat and green apple salad, portobello mushroom bundles, goat cheese frittatas and baby lamb chops with apricot chutney.
