Cocktail Hour Raw Bar
After the “I dos,” the newlyweds joined their guests for cocktail hour on the beach. Fresh seafood was featured prominently on the menu, paying tribute to the waterfront setting. A raw bar loaded with jumbo shrimp, oysters and crab claws was a particular hit, as were the lobster ravioli the couple managed to sneak in between the salad and entree courses. “It is one of Bren’s favorites and since the chef is from Naples, Italy, it is one his specialties,” Nicole says.
