Law students Charlotte and Ben met while both were working in London. “I chased her around Europe for six months before she finally agreed to go out with me,” says Ben. After Charlotte moved back to the U.S., the couple continued dating long-distance for three years. Ben finally moved to Austin when Charlotte started law school, and a year later, he planned an elaborate proposal that included a four-course meal filled with the foods they’d enjoyed during their time together in Europe.
