Cake Cutting
Mallory and Stephanie wanted the focus of their cake to be on flavor rather than looks. Tipsy Cake created a simple three tiered cake, covered in Italian buttercream and decorated with fresh white roses. Each tier was a different flavor: white and yellow cake with passion fruit mousse and fresh raspberries for the first layer, marble cake with salted caramel and chocolate ganache filling for the second and vanilla cake baked with fresh peaches and blueberries for the top layer.
