“It was a masterpiece,” Emily says. “The three-tier cake that Tracey Wilson, from Wilson's Tracey-Cakes, designed for us was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what I envisioned.” Covered in buttercream frosting, each layer of vanilla, chocolate or lemon cake was separated by raspberry or mocha filling. Cascading mauve and ivory roses even extended past the base into a pool of roses at the head of the table. Its added leaves were accented by hunter green ribbon wrapped around the confection.
