Burgee-Topped White Buttercream Wedding Cake

Betsy and Charley didn't want a lot of pomp and circumstance over the cake cutting because they wanted to get everyone out on the dance floor as soon as possible. But they still wanted a little confection for themselves. The Country Cake Cupboard made this one-tier white buttercream cake topped with a blue and white burgee.
