Brooke & Justin: A Spring Wedding in American Fork, UT

Spring was certainly in the air at Brooke and Justin's outdoor wedding. From her light and airy handmade dress to the simple, fuss-free seasonal flowers, the couple put a personal touch on the multi-day celebration. THE BRIDE Brooke Loveless, 26, massage therapist THE GROOM Justin Sperry, 26, advertising student/entrepreneur THE DATE June 12 There must have been something in the air, because it seems like fate that a couple who met at a wedding ended up married themselves. Brooke and Justin immediately hit it off after being introduced by Justin’s cousin at a mutual friend's wedding reception. The bride, who was in on Justin's cupid-playing cousin's plan, tossed the bridal bouquet right at Brooke. The flowers worked their magic: Six months later, Justin surprised Brooke with a weekend trip to Malibu -- and a marriage proposal. Brooke and Justin pulled their wedding together in just three months. As if that wasn’t difficult enough, this couple actually planned four separate celebrations over the course of two days -- a rehearsal dinner, the temple ceremony, a ring ceremony, and a huge reception. The secret? When people offer to help, take them up on that, the bride says. That, and scheduling smarts. In one savvy, time-saving maneuver, Brooke donned her long flowing white gown and headed to Provo Canyon with her photographer a few days before the ceremony for bridal shots. He captured her in front of a deep blue sky and rich red mountains. I love these pictures, the bride says. Especially the ones where my veil is flowing in the wind. This practical move allowed Brooke to spend more time with her guests and less time posing on her wedding day.
