Christopher proposed to Brittany when they were on the flight home from a trip she'd surprised him with. When the flight attendant brought out the meals on a tray, instead of a dinner, in its place was a Cinderella miniature glass slipper with a note that said, One shoe can change your life, which is Brittany's favorite saying. Then Christopher got down on one knee with the ring and asked Brittany to marry him. The flight attendant announced over the speaker that Christopher McPherson was asking his girlfriend Brittany Donahue to be his wife and the whole plane started cheering.
