Britt was recruiting other coeds from the University of Texas Austin to come to a speed-dating event when Jeff crossed the West Mall. Britt remembers thinking he was so cute and to tried to grab his attention. It worked. Jeff walked over to find out what she was up to, and soon agreed to attend her event later that night.
