Two years into their relationship, Breena and Tim took a vacation to southern France. After spending the day in Monaco, the couple was on their way back to their hotel -- located in the picturesque village of Eze -- when Tim proposed. The couple knew they wanted to get married in Seattle since they both lived there and because Breena is a Seattle native. They chose Sculpture Park for its downtown location and unique look, and selected a red and chocolate-brown color palette to complement the simple, modern decor.

Breena and Tim took the party inside after getting married in the park. They were drawn to the modern architecture and large windows, which offered their guests great views of the Sound at sunset.
Surrounded by twinkling votive candles, tall, narrow vases were filled with sprays of red orchids submerged in water. The tables were draped in chocolate linens, and the table cards featured the couple’s childhood photographs.
The Chinese character for “double happiness,” which is a traditional image in Chinese weddings, was printed on the escort cards. One of Breena’s bridesmaids, Cesilia, did the calligraphy.
The outdoor amphitheater where the ceremony took place was decorated with two wrought iron trees covered in red James Storei orchids and dahlias.
The guys wore red Vanda orchids with greenery on their lapels.
The bouquets were filled with vibrant red dahlias and James Storei orchids.
The three-tiered cake had two flavors: triple chocolate and white chocolate raspberry. It featured intricate scrollwork, red ribbons on each tier, and red flowers to top off the look.
