Anna’s custom blush Wtoo by Watters ball-gown wedding dress, was extra-special because it was designed by her friend Xay Vongphachanh. The two-piece dress featured the Ahsan Skirt with the Carina corset. “It was the most stunning and comfortable dress imaginable,” the bride says.
