Nina and Tristan's cake was topped with blush peonies, scabiosa, blue thistle and plumosa. "We wanted to have a simple design and to incorporate fresh florals in keeping with our garden-party vibe," Nina says. "We had alternating layers of Swiss dots (a way to incorporate more polka dots) and combed buttercream, with fresh flowers on top."
