Blue Kamikaze Martini Signature Cocktail
"Our guests traveled by bus across the street from the Greek Orthodox Church to the Chateau and began drinking champagne with floating berries and eating from over seven different gourmet food stations, such as an Ahi tuna carving station, a seafood station with jumbo shrimp, chilled oysters and snow crab claws spilling over an ice sculpture," Elena says. "The stations were accented by delicious passed hors d’oeuvres including bay scallop ceviche with pink grapefruit and cilantro on an Asian ceramic spoon and tuna tartar with wasabi caviar in crispy cone with lattice palette presentation. Naturally, we also had to include an herb-crusted rack of New Zealand lamb with rosemary jus since Greeks love to eat lamb! Guests also loved our Asian station which included sushi rolls and delicious dumplings. While all of this was amazing, we loved the martini station which featured an endless display of fruit-garnished pineapple as well as blue kamikaze martinis -- our favorite drink."
