A Simple Wedding at Colarusso's La Palazzo in Pennsylvania Moosic, Pennsylvania
Mark Marianelli and Carla Stefano dated for several years and were parents to two children, Meghan and Julia, before getting married. Shortly after Meghan was born, the couple decided the time was finally right to get engaged, but didn't know exactly what they wanted for their wedding day. All Mark and Carla knew from the experience of having their own kids was that family was most important, and they wanted that to be the focal point of the celebratory day. The couple's closest friends and family attended the wedding at Colarusso’s La Palazzo wedding venue in Moosic, Pennsylvania, where the ceremony and reception both took place. A picture of when Mark and Carla were first engaged greeted attendees as they entered, engraved with the names of guests and table numbers they were seated at. Meghan and Julia were the flower girls for the wedding ceremony, wearing white dresses with sequence shoes. Following shortly after was the reception, where an open bar beverages, pizza appetizers, and an array of meat entrees to choose from were served. For entertainment, Mike Walton Productions served as the disc jockey and a photo booth with humorous props was set up for both young and old to enjoy. At the end of the night, the couple cut the ivory wedding cake with a large diamond ring and band cake topper, perched on top of sprinkled vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and banana cupcakes. “Family is everything to us. We had such an amazing time and embraced every moment that we could together,” says Carla.
