Blue Butterfly-Decorated Buttercream Wedding Cake

For dessert, Heather and Derek cut a three-tier black-and-white buttercream cake. The confection was square on the bottom and round on the other two layers for a modern, asymmetrical look. The front of each tier was decorated with black buttercream hearts, and blue butterflies cascaded down the side.
