Blue Bridesmaid Dresses With DIY Shoulder Wraps

"My bridesmaid dresses were very simple floor-length gowns with sweetheart necklines in a lighter hydrangea-blue color with an ivory lace sash around the waist," Whitney says. "And since it was a winter wedding, they wore knitted shoulder wraps to keep them warm. They were gorgeous! My best friend (and one of my bridesmaids) made them because she is the most awesome person I know. I even had a matching one that was all ivory, and theirs were more tan."
