Ashley and Peter loved that Bloomingdale was a family-owned historical venue. "The elderly couple who own Bloomingdale inherited the estate from their family and struggle financially with the upkeep," Ashley says. "It is such a big piece of our history on the Eastern Shore, and it is so important to keep it alive."
