Birch Bark Wedding Cake with Rustic Decor

The couple had a vanilla cake made by Dolce and Biscotti, but the main desserts at their wedding were inspired by upstate New York fall favorite foods. Scrumptious selections included cider donuts, apple pecan pie, apple raisin walnut pie, apple pie, apple crumb cake, very berry pie, cherry pie, ice cream, hot apple cider and hot cocoa.
