Even though their original venue (reBar in Brooklyn, NY) fell through, Ashleigh and Eric got to celebrate their wedding in a way that was totally them. Couples affected by the closing of the Brooklyn venue reBar were left with very few options for their marriages. But, a few vendors in addition to sponsorship from Little Red Bean Productions and TheKnot.com, made it possible for Ashleigh and Eric's wedding to be entirely donation-based.The theme of the wedding giveaway was Lemons to Lemonade, a play on making bad situations much better and dealing with life's issues. Bright yellow flowers, lemonade favors and a few other little touches made the new venue, 404 NYC, the perfect place to celebrate with friends and family. Winning this wedding has put my faith back into strangers. We couldn't be more thrilled and honored to be the lucky recipients, Ashleigh says.
