The first time Andrea Lutsk and Samir Ragab met while studying at the University of New Hampshire, they were smitten. However, it wasn't until Andrea's senior year when things took off. Samir finally gained the courage to ask Andrea out, and she followed up by inviting him to her sorority's cocktail party. After those first two dates, their mutual crush was revealed and the couple quickly became inseparable. The Bride Andrea Lutsk, 32, associate buyer The Groom Samir Ragab, 30, attorney The Date July 7 In November 2005, the couple went on a weekend trip to Nantucket -- one of their favorite vacation spots. Just after they checked into their hotel, Samir suggested they go exploring. The expedition ended in the hotel library where Samir got down on one knee and Andrea excitedly accepted. The couple soon got to work planning a wedding that incorporated two key elements for them: a fun, relaxed vibe and Andrea's favorite color combo (pink and green!).

The bridesmaid bouquets were similar to Andrea's arrangement with the exception of the bright green berries that added an extra punch of color. Each maid's bouquet was bound with a pink-and-white polka dot ribbon, except Andrea's sister's bouquet, which was wrapped in green-and-white polka dot ribbon, showing her special role of the maid of honor.
The couple exchanged vows on the south veranda of the Mount Washington Resort with views overlooking the White Mountains. Andrea's uncle built the frame of the couple's huppah out of white wood and their florist covered it with greenery and pink hydrangeas.
Pink and green escort cards featuring the couple's signature polka dot and striped patterns were tucked into grosgrain ribbon on fabric boards.
Samir's groomsmen donned pink knot cuff links to dress up the French cuffs on their white shirts. Green-and-white polka dot ties added another playful punch to their attire.
The round reception tables were topped with pink-and-white-striped tablecloths and surrounded by white chiavari chairs. To differentiate the bride and groom's chairs, the seat backs were wrapped with vines, pink ribbon, and pink spray roses. Green-and-white polka dot napkins and pink-and-green menus completed each place setting.
Andrea and Samir's white, three-tiered wedding cake was accented with delicate pink flowers sprinkled over the cake. The top and bottom layers were carrot cake, the couple's favorite.
Andrea and Samir chose Van Morrison's What Am I Living For as their first dance song.
Pink-and-white-striped square programs stamped with an apple-green font gave a detailed description of the ceremony. Green-and-pink polka dot bows finished off the look.
Andrea wore an ivory, strapless, A-line dress with a champagne sash. Her favorite detail? Lace trim from her aunt's wedding dress was added to the bottom for a personal touch. To complement the preppy wedding style, the bridesmaids donned pink-and-white seersucker dresses and accessorized with pale gold shoes and pearls. Samir and his groomsmen wore tan poplin suits.
Andrea carried a bouquet of peonies, hydrangeas, calla lilies, and roses in varying shades of pink. The stems were wrapped with a pink grosgrain ribbon.
Andrea wore a chic side-bun with three pink spray roses tucked in.
