Two curious dogs and two single owners in the right place at the right time helped spark a romance between Andrea and Mike. After moving into her first home, Andrea took her dog (who immediately spotted a new puppy friend up the block) for a walk. On the other end of the dog’s leash was her neighbor who she struck up a conversation with. The Bride Andrea Midyett, 27, sales representative The Groom Mike Kraus, 31, consultant The Date May 3 Knowing she was new to the area, Mike invited her to celebrate his birthday with some other neighbors a few days later. They had a great time and he asked her out to dinner.Ten months later, while vacationing in Florida, he proposed on the beach. An outdoor wedding in Atlanta was soon in the works.
