A close friend first introduced Andrea to Brock. Andrea's friend was an intern with Brock and they all attended the same summer party. Brock asked for Andrea's cell number, but she didn't carry a cell phone at the time. As Andrea drove away from the party, she thought What if he was 'the one'? So a few days later, she asked her friend for Brock's number and made the first call. Brock was about to do the very same thing but Andrea beat him to it.
