Work training sessions can be a bore but Jennifer and Brad had a blast when they met during training. They hit it off when they sat across from each other and hung out a few times. But it wasn’t until a few years later, when Brad was transferred to Jennifer’s office, that they began dating. The Bride Jennifer Ingram, 29, a call center mentor The Groom Brad Rosenfeld, 28, a client service manager The Date August 8 Three years into their relationship, the couple had adopted an inside joke -- they’d pretend to get engaged and Brad would say it didn’t count unless he had a ring. One day, after a Yankees game, Brad was seemingly joking around and asked Jennifer to marry him -- again. Not thinking anything of it, Jennifer gave her typical response. But this time, Brad pulled out a ring. With the help of Jennifer’s mom and bridesmaids, a summer wedding -- in the palate of green, orange, white, and black -- was planned.

The couple got married in the hotel’s courtyard and used the preexisting gazebo as the focal point. The last row of chairs was decorated with ribbon and orchids. Shepherds hooks with mums and carnations lined the aisle.
Two orange baby spray roses (with green stems) popped against the groomsmen’s green ties.
Guests’ names were printed on envelopes, which also matched the design of the dinner menus. Inside each envelope guests found a scratch-off lottery card, urging them to test their luck.
“We found our cake on TheKnot.com,” admits Jennifer. “As soon as we saw it we knew it was what we had in mind.” The three white tiers were covered in orange flowers, green ribbon and sugar butterflies.
Tree motifs (the same ones that decorated the escort cards) added color to the white menus, which were tucked into the napkin on each charger.
The bridesmaids wore black satin dresses and a bracelet that Jennifer gave as a token of her appreciation. The groomsmen matched the girls in black pin-striped tuxedos.
