An Outdoor Wedding at Cottonwood Springs Guest Ranch in Pampa, Texas
Cottonwood Springs Guest Ranch in Pampa, Texas, surrounded by rolling hills and ponds, provided a relaxed atmosphere for Revenna Rushing (35 and a social-services professional) and Jeremy Nicholas (32 and a carpenter) to celebrate their wedding with 30 of their loved ones. Their intimate day unfolded entirely outdoors. Dressed in a lace Watters wedding gown, Revenna walked down the aisle with her son to meet Jeremy under a tree, where they exchanged vows. A chandelier and rice lights in the brush added a romantic glow to the natural space. After “I do,” Revenna and Jeremy walked up the aisle to “Marry You” by Bruno Mars and joined their guests at their reception under a canopy of trees and bistro lights. It was here that Revenna and Jeremy shared their first dance to “This Year’s Love” by David Gray. Together with their guests, the newlyweds enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Pan-Handler's Cafe—they even renamed some of the menu items with fun twists (such as toasts to happiness crostini and cordon something bleu). The florist at United Supermarket created beautiful arrangements of red and pink flowers to add a pop of color to each table. A standout detail? Revenna and Jeremy had a Bundt cake by Nothing Bundt Cakes that was so popular, they had to rush to get a bite. Shara Jo Photography captured all the sweet details of their day, below.
