Jenny, 26, a new patient coordinator and Zach, 26, who works in sales, exchanged vows in the bride’s parent’s backyard in Middletown, Idaho. “We chose this location so we could have free reign on what we wanted to do,” Jenny says. “My parents totally revamped their backyard and the outcome was absolutely stunning.” With a simple green, pink and white color scheme, the couple had a rustic outdoor wedding.

The diamond in the round-cut engagement ring had been in Jenny's grandmother's ring. "My grandparents had been married for 47 years, and had such a loving relationship," Jenny says. "I feel as though our marriage was blessed from the start."
Jenny wore a white tulle ball gown with beaded embellishments from Bridal by Marie. "I had gone into dress shopping with something very specific in mind, and ended up getting something completely different," Jenny says. " truly felt beautiful in it."
Jenny wore her hair down in loose curls with soft, natural makeup.
The bridesmaids wore floor-length strapless chiffon dresses in a light green from Bridal by Marie while the groomsmen wore khaki suits with white button-ups from Men's Wearhouse.
The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bride's bouquet, which was a pink, green and white mix of trick dianthus, peonies, tulips and roses completed with a burlap wrap.
The groom and groomsmen wore khaki suits and white button-ups from Men's Wearhouse, but kept is casual by deciding to forgo ties.
The flower girls wore light pink tulle dresses and pink and white baby's breath flower crowns.
"Our decor was simple as it was an outdoor wedding and my parents had their yard filled with mature trees and a lot of flowers," Jenny says. Guests sat in white folding chairs and the couple exchanged vows under a wooden wedding arbor.
Shepard hooks holding glass vases of mums, tulips and peonies lined the ceremony aisle.
"Zach has to leave for basic train in Texas for the Air Force about three months after we started dating," Jenny says. "After basic training Zach went to Florida for more training and shortly after I got terrible news that Zach had gone into a coma from heat exhaustion and kidney failure. I was on pins and needles until he got to come back to Idaho and I could go see him at the hospital in Boise. I completely fell head over heels in love with him the second I saw him."
One night, Jenny and her roommates threw a party and Jenny and Zach decided to ride their bikes to the neighborhood swimming pool and sneak in for a swim. "We had so much fun and I started to realize how much I really liked this guy," Jenny says. "Zach asked me to dinner shortly after, and we hung out as often as possible from that point on."
Guests signed small pieces of cloth with messages and well wishes for the newlyweds.
"Zach and I are very laid back,"Jenny says. "I think the atmosphere of our wedding reflected this." They kept the reception simple with long, family-style tables covered in white linens.
Glass mason jars were filled with peonies, tulips, mums and roses to create simple, but lush pink and green centerpieces.
The couple served three kegs of local beer from Highland Hollows Brewery and well as bottles of wine, soda, water and lemonade, which were all marked with hand-painted wooden signs.
The dessert table was made of several vintage tables stacked on top of one another to create tiers for the cake and other dessert shooters.
Jenny and Zach enjoyed a simple, one-tier lemon coconut cake from Whole Foods that was garnished with fresh flowers and an adorable "we do" wire topper.
Sophie's Choice Designs served several different shot glass desserts including a banana pudding.
"Our DJ was absolutely fantastic and had everyone up dancing," Jenny says.
