Marianne Cote (29, Sales and Operations) and David Brine (29, a Professional Athlete) wanted a small, intimate wedding, since the pair was living in Seoul at the time they were engaged. With a guest list of just twelve people, they were able to have a fun bed and breakfast wedding weekend at the The Lunenburg Inn in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. "I had always loved going there for day trips and fell in love with the beauty of the town. We were absolutely charmed by the story of the Lunenburg Inn," Marianne says. The couple didn't choose a specific theme or color palette for their wedding, and instead let the location and the joy of being with their family inspire the direction and planning of their wedding. "What made our wedding weekend special for everyone is that we made sure that everybody there felt part of it," Marianne says.

Embroidered pillows were given to guests as favors.
